Branding Assets Guideline

Tectonic users and enthusiasts are welcome to use our logos, icons and brand assets for creative artworks and marketing. However, as a condition to using our brand assets, creators of derivative works must strictly adhere to the guidelines below when using our branding assets. Do's:

• Do use the official Tectonic Finance logo and brand colors set out below consistently across all materials as suggested in this guideline.

• Do promote Tectonic Finance in a positive and professional manner.

• Do follow all applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion and use of dApps, digital assets and DeFi protocols.

• Do respect Tectonic Finance's intellectual property rights related to branding and marketing materials.

• Do report any contents which violate these guidelines.

• Do reach out to our Community Managers if you have any questions regarding the use of Tectonic Finance brand assets.

• Do feel free to complete this form if you would like to propose an official marketing collaboration request.

Don'ts:

• Do not alter or modify the official Tectonic Finance logo or brand colors without our team’s prior approval.

• Do not use the Tectonic Finance brand assets in any way that will or might mislead or deceive customers or stakeholders, which includes, without limitation, creating any fraudulent or copycat accounts, products or services.

• Do not engage in any behavior that could damage the reputation of the Tectonic Finance brand.

• Do not use the Tectonic Finance brand assets to promote and conduct any illegal, unlawful or unethical activities.

• Do not use Tectonic Finance brand assets to create any merchandise or physical products except if this is solely for your personal use or after obtaining our team’s express approval.

• Do not use any of Tectonic Finance brand assets that implies an official partnership or endorsement if it does not exist.

• Do not use Tectonic Finance brand assets to promote or endorse other financial, crypto or DeFi products or services without our team’s prior approval.

• Do not use any Tectonic Finance brand assets except those that are set out in these guidelines.

The trademarks of Tectonic Finance are the exclusive property of Tectonic Finance and may only be used in accordance with these guidelines or with explicit permission from Tectonic Finance. These guidelines do not transfer or alter Tectonic Finance's ownership of the Tectonic Finance trademarks in any way. Tectonic Finance reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that misuses its trademarks. Tectonic Finance retains the right to revoke permission to use its trademarks at any time and without notice.
